I placed an order today. When can I expect my shipment?

Answer: Your delivery schedule will depend on the product and the time that you placed your order. its take dispatch time 36 hours, order number in your Order Confirmation email to check on the status of your delivery.

What if I miss a delivery?

If you are unavailable when our courier partner arrives with your delivery, they will make two more delivery attempts. If you’re still unavailable after the third attempt, your order will be returned to us. Mail us at :- helptrendzy@gmail.com within one working day of the third attempt and we’ll schedule another delivery date and time that suits you better.

How do I track my order?

Your tracking details will be sent on your e-mail address and mobile no. you have used to order your products.

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  

Please note the customer shall bear the shipping costs of the product to the warehouses unless the product is damaged or doesn’t meet the description.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
