The box was crumpled up a little bit but the blender had no damage at all. Came in perfect condition and was still neatly packed. Tested it out. Works amazingly so far. The charger works fine. No issues there. But most importantly the blender itself is not very loud! didn’t expect that! My only tiny complaint is how long it took to arrive. I don’t usually care how long it takes as long as it arrives but the thumbnail showed fast shipping. Overall amazing product. looks pleasing and works perfectly!
